Barge Fleet Manager
Mr. Shibl Hassan serves as Barge Fleet Manager at NPM, bringing extensive leadership experience in river transport and fleet operations. He is a retired Brigadier General of the Egyptian Armed Forces and holds a Bachelor of Military Sciences from the Egyptian Military Academy and a Bachelor of Commerce from Ain Shams University, in addition to diplomas in Maritime Economics & Policies and Container Operations from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport. Since 2010, he has held successive leadership roles within NPM overseeing river transport activities, providing operational discipline, asset oversight, and operational continuity across the platform.
