Ayman Nagah

Mr. Ayman serves as Technical Manager at NPM and Chief Operating Officer of Nile Barges (South Sudan). He previously held the role of Maintenance Manager within the group before being promoted to oversee the full technical function. He began his career as an engineer in the Egyptian Air Force and EIM prior to joining Qalaa Holding’s logistics platform. In his current capacity, he leads terminal engineering strategy, asset reliability programs, preventive and corrective maintenance planning, and technical governance across NPM’s operations, while also supporting fleet performance and operational efficiency across South Sudan’s inland waterways. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University and an MBA from ESLSCA French Business School, combining strong technical expertise with structured operational leadership.
